Statements from supervisors, degree diplomas and permissions to defend a dissertation must be delivered by 15th September by midnight at Finnish time. A statement, diploma or attachments can not be sent by email to the Foundation. Late attachments will not be processed.
Permission to defend a dissertation is only required if you have applied a grant for post doc -research. Degree diploma (Master’s degree) and statement on the progress of the work are mandatory appendices when applying grant in Science or Arts for PhD or post doc -research.
For referees (statements)
Submit statement on the progress of the work of your through the online reference service by filling a web form. Submitting a statement requires registration. If you have not previously given an statement or you do not remember your username, you can create completely new username and password (press the button Create a new username and password). You can also attach files according to your opinion.
Grant applicant (Degree diploma and permission to defend a dissertation)
Submit your degree diploma (Master’s diploma) and/or permission to defend a dissertation through the grant online service. Please note, that other appendices than degree diploma and permission to defend a dissertation can not be sent through the grant online service.
