The office of the Alfred Kordelin Foundation is closed in July. Payment requests for the summer months should be made well in advance, no later than 16 June.
There are exceptions in the opening hours of the foundation’s office during the summer months. The Foundation’s office is closed on Midsummer’s Eve 19 June 2026 and in July between 1 July and 31 July 2026.
Payment requests for the summer months should be made well in advance, so that there are no interruptions in the payment of the grant due to the summer holidays. We kindly ask you to make the payment request for July no later than 16 June. We will process payment requests after this next time in August.
August Grants
The Foundation’s grants for science, arts, and public education will be open for applications from 15 to 31 August 2026. We will provide support to grant applicants by email and telephone from 3 August onwards, Monday to Friday, from 9:00–11:00 and 12:00–16:00. The application descriptions can be found on our website:
